Author:

Fandom: Pokémon (References to Pokémon Black/White)
Characters: N
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Notes: Crossposted to

Artist: David Bowie
Album: Blackstar
Song: 'Lazarus'
Summary: He can't get through to them.
He can't get through to them. Or else they're simply refusing to be understood. Simply because he's a human.
N is used to being able to communicate with Pokémon easily. Has always had a strong rapport with them.
Now that he's among humans, though, something seems to have changed. The Pokémon he's given access to are more feral, or more mistrusting of humans, generally. Hurt, angry, afraid. Scarred either physically or mentally. Very likely both.
He can't seem to make them understand him. He wants to. He's afraid, too. As unaccustomed to his own kind as he is, he can't be otherwise. The Pokémon he's been interacting with, he understands on a more basic level, even if he's unable to communicate with them the way he's used to.
Humans are frightening. It isn't his fault that he's one of them.
